THE ZEDJIGA EXPERIENCE

Is each notebook unique?

Yes. Each Zedjiga Journals creation is crafted from carefully selected materials whose shades, textures, and patterns may vary naturally. These characteristics make each notebook a truly unique piece.

Are the notebooks handmade?

Yes. Each notebook is handcrafted with particular attention to every detail, from the selection of materials to the finishes.

Can I customize my notebook?

Yes. You can customize your notebook through a careful selection of details. From the choice of fabric to the color of the eyelets, including the elastic band and embellishments, each element is designed to create a piece that reflects your personality.

Are charms included with the notebook?

Charms are sold separately so you can create a fully personalized notebook according to your wishes.

What are the production times?

Each notebook is carefully crafted, so a manufacturing time of 3 to 5 business days is required before shipping. Estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of order.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your package is dispatched.

Can I return my item?

Custom creations cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a defect or error found upon receipt.

How do I care for my notebook?

To preserve the beauty of your notebook, we recommend keeping it away from moisture, excessive heat, and prolonged sun exposure. Handle it with care and avoid any contact that could alter the materials.

Will the patterns be exactly the same as in the photos?

No. The patterns, textures and shades, especially for the fur collection, may vary slightly from one creation to another. These natural variations contribute to the unique character of each piece.
